Article 1: Site Registration

To place an order on LauraOlaru.com , it is not mandatory to register beforehand. To place an order, you will need to provide us with some mandatory information that must be real and true. This information includes: First Name and Last Name, Address, County and City of residence, delivery address for the order, phone number, and an email address for receiving order details. If any of the above information changes, please notify us using the form on the Contact page. Once an order is placed or completed, a unique account on LauraOlaru.com may be created. You will receive an automatic password or one chosen by you, which is important to keep safe or change to one of your choosing. If unauthorized use of the account occurs, please contact us immediately. Once the order is finalized, you agree to the use of your information according to the terms in the Privacy Policy and for the delivery of orders and information requested by you.

Article 2: How to Place an Order

Because each client is different, we offer several ways for everyone to place an order for products from LauraOlaru.com . We invite you to access the products presented on the site to choose what interests you.

1. Direct order from the website:

• To place an order on LauraOlaru.com , we invite you to browse the offers on the site.
• When you find what you are looking for, click the "Add to Cart" button on the right.
• In "My Cart," you can see all products added to an order, and when you finish shopping, you must click the "Complete Order" button.
• Then specify the delivery and billing details and payment methods.
• Finally, check the completed data and click the "Send order" button. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email and will be contacted within 24 hours by a LauraOlaru.com consultant.

2. By phone: We are available daily, Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, at 0731.145.919, to place an order or for any other questions.

3. By sending a message through the Contact page form: We welcome your messages for orders or any other questions. We commit to responding within a maximum of 24 hours during the week and 48 hours during the weekend.

Product Availability All products presented on the site are available only by order.

Article 3: How to Pay for an Order

To make your shopping more pleasant and easier, LauraOlaru.com offers two payment methods for you to choose from:

• Online with Visa or Mastercard bank card: Payment is fully secured through our partner EuPlatesc. Payment is made on a redirected and secure page provided by EuPlatesc. The data you enter is safe, as LauraOlaru.com does not possess or have access to your bank details.
• By payment order (bank transfer) to the LAURA OLARU FASHION SRL company account: In the case of invoice payment by bank transfer, the bank commissions related to the transfer are borne by the payer.

The identification data required for payment by bank transfer or money order are as follows: Company Name: LAURA OLARU FASHION SRL Registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/1820/2021, Unique Registration Code 43668950.

Our products are delivered directly to your home, anywhere in Romania. You will be notified by email when your ordered products are shipped.

• Delivery will be made to the address requested by the client.
• Delivery is carried out by transport companies with which LauraOlaru.com has a contract or by our own means.
• Products will be delivered in their original packaging plus the special LauraOlaru.com packaging. If you notice any irregularities regarding the appearance of the package received upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

Delivery Fees The cost of deliveries in Romania is 25 lei (additional kilometers are not included). Products can also be delivered internationally. Customs formalities and taxes associated with border crossings are borne by the client.

Delivery Time Product delivery can take from 7 to 14 days. The delivery time may vary from one product to another, depending on the time it takes to produce the items. The delivery time starts from the order confirmation date.

Pricing Policy Prices are set when products are displayed on the site and include VAT. Prices may change if a discount policy is applied. All prices are expressed in lei. We reserve the right to change prices over time.

Article 5: Return Conditions

The return period is 14 days from receiving the product. According to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, the Consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing of their withdrawal from the purchase, without penalties and without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product. Products made by personalized order cannot be returned. Also, products picked up from our headquarters, according to Law no. 51 of January 21, 2003, are not considered distance selling and therefore cannot be returned.

Return Terms

• You must notify us by email or phone at 0731.145.919 within the first 14 days of receiving the order which products you wish to return.
• Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition, show no damage due to use, and are accompanied by their original packaging, as well as the documents received in the box.
• In the documents received with the order, you will find a return proforma where you must fill in the necessary data for the money refund (24-character IBAN code, bank, personal identification number - CNP).
• For returns, please let us know when the package is ready, and we will send a Fan Courier representative to your specified address for pick-up. Only in this way is return shipping free (valid for orders in Romania).

Money back within a maximum of 30 days in case of return. Once the package with the returned products reaches us, LauraOlaru.com undertakes to refund the value of the products by bank transfer within 24 hours from the date of receipt and validation of the return; this value does not include taxes for the transportation of the returned products.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All products are quality controlled and checked for any problems or defects before being sent to the client. Although we try to provide the most faithful image regarding product colors, the existence of a very wide range of monitors makes it possible for some colors to be slightly altered compared to the originals. Therefore, LauraOlaru.com cannot guarantee that what the monitor displays 100% matches the actual product color. If you happen to receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately! Products delivered by our own means, as well as those picked up from our headquarters, according to Law no. 51 of January 21, 2003, are not considered distance selling. Our company assumes no responsibility for handling, return transport, nor does it accept the return of products with defects resulting from these causes.

Article 6: Provisions

1. The LauraOlaru.com website and its entire content are the exclusive property of LAURA OLARU FASHION SRL.
2. LauraOlaru.com will protect the confidentiality of client's personal data.
3. LauraOlaru.com reserves the right to limit the access of certain individuals or IPs to the site and the services offered.
4. LauraOlaru.com is in no way responsible for the opinions and effects of opinions expressed on the site by its users.
5. The entire content of the LauraOlaru.com website is the property of LAURA OLARU FASHION SRL; copying or reproducing it without the consent of LAURA OLARU FASHION SRL is prohibited by law. All published materials (including, but not limited to, articles, information, photos, data, audio/video clips - generically called content) are protected by applicable legal provisions: Law no. 8/1996, with subsequent amendments and completions - regarding copyright and related rights, Law no. 84/1998 - regarding trademarks and geographical indications, and Law no. 129/1992, republished - regarding industrial designs and models. The lack of mention of certain legal texts or incidental provisions does not lead to their inapplicability.
6. The Site and Content are protected by Romanian Copyright Law, as well as by copyright provisions applicable in territories other than Romania. You may not copy, store, modify, or transfer in any capacity, partially or entirely, the site and/or the Content. Exploitation is free, provided it is non-commercial and adheres to the terms imposed by LAURA OLARU FASHION SRL.
7. Any form of copying, storing, modifying, and/or transmitting the Content is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of LAURA OLARU FASHION SRL.
8. LAURA OLARU FASHION SRL is not responsible for any damages, existing disputes, or those arising in connection with/from the copying, storage, modification, or transfer of all or part of the Content in any medium.
